旋转弹仓的刚体动力学建模及运动特性分析

摘要 为分析某型旋转弹仓的振动因素,提高定位卡锁机构的定位精度,根据该弹仓内传动链实际运动轨迹和结构特征,运用刚体动力学的分析方法,建立了旋转弹仓的动力学模型,使用MATLAB工具进行仿真,计算出弹链满载时的转动惯量随时间的变化规律,并分析了三种典型液压马达动态输出方程对弹链运动特性的影响。 In order to improve positioning accuracy of location clicker mechanism by analyzing the vibration factors of a mechanized eddy magazine, based on actual moving track and structural characteristics of transmission chain of the magazine, MATLAB simulation tools was applied to build a rigid dynamic model of the magazine. The analysis method of the rigid body dynamics was used. The variation of inertia moment of cartridge link with time under full load conditions was calculated. In addition, the effect of three typical hydraulic motor dynamic output equations on motion characteristics of cartridge link was analyzed.
