独立学院外聘教师管理问题的思考

Management of the Part-time Teachers in the Independent Colleges

外聘教师作为独立学院教师队伍的重要组成部分,在独立学院的教学和管理中发挥着重要的作用。因此,认真研究独立学院外聘教师管理问题,充分发挥外聘教师在教学中的作用,切实提高独立学院的教育教学质量具有十分重要的意义。紧密结合独立学院外聘教师管理实际,提出一些新的思考,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Part-time teachers, as an important part of the faculty in the independent colleges, play an important role in their teaching and management. Therefore, it is of great significance to the improvement of the teaching quality of the independent colleges to study their management of part-time teachers. Some suggestions are proposed in this paper which can provide some references.
