电化学钝化对无间隙原子钢耐蚀性的影响

摘要 以无间隙原子钢作为研究对象,采用电化学实验、交变湿热试验以及恒温恒湿试验等方法,研究了电化学钝化处理对无间隙原子钢耐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着电化学钝化的时间、温度、电流密度的提高,无间隙原子钢的耐蚀性得到提高。电化学钝化后进行磷化处理结果表明,电化学钝化处理对试样的磷化处理没有影响。 Effect of electrochemical passivation on the corrosion resistance of interstitial free (IF) steel was investigated by electrochemical experiments, cyclic damp heat test and steady temperature damp test. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of IF steel enhanced with the increasing of time, tempera- ture and current density during the electrochemical passivation. Phosphating treatment was carried out af- ter electrochemical passivation. The results revealed that electrochemical passivation had no effect on the ohosnhating treatment.
