摘要 实验通过纳滤分离模拟电镀废水浓缩液中Cr(Ⅵ)与氯离子,研究了运行时间、运行压力、离子浓度和溶液pH对Cr(Ⅵ)及氯离子分离性能的影响。实验表明,运行时间和溶液高pH对Cr(Ⅵ)分离性能基本无影响;运行压力和离子浓度是影响其分离效果的主要因素。水通量实验表明,运行压力和离子浓度是其主要影响因素。最后考察了膜性能衰减情况,结果表明,经过60天实验,膜的脱盐性能无明显变化。 The effects of run tittle, operation pressure, ion concentration and pH on the separation perform- ance for Cr(Ⅵ) and Cl- were investigated by using nanofihration to dispose simulated Cr( Ⅵ) -containing eleetroplating wastewater concentrate. The results showed that run time and pH nearly had no influence on the separation performance while operation pressure and ion concentration were the two major influence fac- tors. Same conclusion could also be obtained in the water flux experiment. The results also revealed that desalination performance of the experimental film had no change even after 60 days'experiment.
