摘要
为了对国防工程进行快速修补,将普通硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)按不同比例进行复配,研究复合体系凝结时间、强度、变形等性能,优化配合比,满足快速修补的特殊要求。试验结果表明,当SAC含量在15%时,复合胶凝材料在各方面均表现出优异的性能,在此基准配比基础上掺入适量聚丙烯纤维及高效减水剂,即可配制出具有较短凝结时间、良好和易性、较高强度及粘结强度的复合胶凝快速修补砂浆。
In order to repair defense construction rapidly, according to the different proportion, Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement are used to make up a composite cementitious material, the setting time, strength and deformation of composite system are researched to satisfy the special requirement of fast repair. Test results show that composite ce- mentitious material has superior performance in various aspects when the SAC is 15%, on the basis of this benchmark ra- tio mixed with proper amount of polypropylene fiber and high efficiency water reducing agent, composite cementitious mortar can be made out with a short setting time, good workability, high strength and bond strength .
