摘要
依照普通混凝土配合比的计算方法,并增加碎砖骨料经24h的附加水量,对不同碎砖骨料取代率(0,30%,50%和100%)的C20、C30和C40再生混凝土进行了配合比的设计;随着碎砖骨料取代率的增大,再生混凝土的抗压强度随之减小,当碎砖骨料取代率为50%时,再生混凝土的工作性和混凝土强度等指标达到最优;以碎砖骨料取代率为50%的再生混凝土试验数据为基础,回归得出了不同强度等级再生混凝土在不同龄期的抗压强度统一计算公式。
According to the mix calculation method of normal concrete and increasing the additional water of brick aggregate after 24h, the mix proportions of C20, C30 and C40 recycled concrete in different brick aggregate replacement ratio (0%, 30%, 50% and 100%) are calculated. With the increasing of the brick aggregate contents, the compressive strength of recycled concrete decreases. When the brick aggregate replacement ratio is equal to 50%, the workability and the compressive strength can achieve the optimal result. Based on the test data of 50% brick aggregate replacement ratio, the unified compressive strength calculation formula is proposed for the different strength grade recycled concrete at dif- ferent age. The calculation basis is provided for the prediction of early compressive strength.
