摘要
通过试验探讨了质量分数为5%的CaCl2对尾矿砂PVA水泥基复合材料抗压性能和抗弯性能的影响。结果表明,尾矿砂PVA水泥基复合材料具备良好的抗腐蚀效果,经腐蚀后材料试样破坏前依旧出现多裂缝现象,呈现韧性破坏特征并属于韧性材料,试验测知该材料经腐蚀后的预测拉伸应变为3.3%。
Through experiment, the effect of 5wt% CaCl2 on the compressive performance and flexural behavior of the tail ore PVA cement-based composites is discussed. The results show that the tail ore PVA cement base composites have a good corrosion resistance property. After corrosion and before destruction, material samples still appear many cracks, and present ductile failure characteristics. In addition, it's predicted that the tensile strain of the material after corrosion is 3.3% base on the test results.
