摘要
为便于控制器设计,针对典型气动伺服系统,建立了缸内热力学过程较准确的简化数学模型,并搭建了实验平台测量了空气与气缸内壁间的热传导率。实验表明,该简化热力学模型可以较精确的预测腔内压力变化。
The thermodynamics in pneumatic cylinder chambers is considered in this study. A detailed model that describes the gas temperature and the pressure evolution in the chamber is established firstly. To facilitate the con- troller design, a simplified model is proposed. Furthermore, the heat transfer coefficient between the air in the chamber and that inside of the barrel is identified experimentally. Experimental results show that the simplified thermodynamics model is accurate to predict the pressure build-up in a cylinder.
