摘要
介绍了棒材冷床上料裙板液压控制采用的比例阀和两级同步马达,但根据现场调试和使用经验,液压同步控制和液压冲击问题一直不能得到很好的解决。详细阐述了液压控制回路新型设计的原理及特点,并且在2013年国内首例成功应用到陕西龙钢100万吨棒材工程中,这种控制方式很好地解决了同步和抗冲击问题,并且减少设备维护工作量,大大提高了生产效率。
The use of proportional valves and the two step synchromotor in the control of the bar cooling bed tilting aprons are introduced in this paper. According to engineering test and employing experience in practice, the prob- lem of hydraulic synchronous control and hydraulic impacting has not been solved so far. The principles of design and characteristics of hydraulic control loop were employed successfully for the first time in the engineering of one million ton bar at Shanxi in 2013. This superior control mode has solved problems of synchronous and impacting, decreased maintenance work and environmental pollution, and greatly promoted the production rate.
