某轻型飞机液压系统抗污染能力试验研究

摘要 通过搭建试验台,以某轻型飞机液压系统为被试系统,以该型飞机液压任务系统收放时间指标为参考量,模拟该型飞机液压系统在超过GJB420A-96-12级液压油中的使用情况。试验证明该型飞机液压系统抗污染能力强,在污染油液中进行500次工作循环模拟试验未影响液压系统收放时间指标。该研究可以为轻小型飞机液压系统抗污染能力研究提供参考。 By building a test platform, taking a light aircraft hydraulic system as the tested system, taking the re- traction-extension time of the aircraft hydraulic system as a reference quantity, we simulate the work of the aircraft hydraulic system in the condition that the contamination of the hydraulic oil is beyond GJB420A-96-12. The results show that the aircraft hydraulic system has strong contamination resistance ability and the retraction-extension time of the hydraulic system is not changed after 500 working cycles. It can provide a reference on the contamination re- sistance ability research of the small light aircraft hydraulic system.
