球塞式空气压缩机流场分析及结构优化

摘要 新型球塞式空气压缩机以球形物作为活塞,完成吸气、压缩和排气过程。采用CFD动网格技术和UDF功能,对球塞吸气和压气动态过程进行流场仿真,得出了不同时刻速度矢量图。通过速度矢量图,分析球塞工作腔内空气在吸气、压缩和排气过程中的流动状况,并根据分析结果对工作腔进行结构优化,改进后的工作腔中涡流现象明显减小,从而减小振动、噪声和能量损失。 The new ball piston air compressor with a spherical piston achieves its suction, compression and ex- haust. The CFD dynamic mesh technique and UDF function was used to simulate the dynamic processes of suction and press gas. The velocity vector distribution at different times was obtained. The flow conditions of the working volume during suction, compression and exhaust were analyzed. The structure of working volume was optimized ac- cording to the analysis of the flow condition. The results show that the optimum structure obviously reduces the tur- bulence, thereby reduces vibration, noise and energy loss.
