浦东新区高标准农田水利工程建设管理探索

Construction and management of high standard waterworks on farmland in Pudong New Area

为满足浦东新区农田水利及现代农业发展需求,开展灌区高标准农田水利排灌设施升级改造及农田水利设施综合配套建设,通过采用新材料、灌区重新规划及综合配套灌排设施、交通系统、水系整治等措施,提高灌区灌溉水利用系数及农田水利设施总体水平。

In order to satisfy the demand of waterworks construction and modern agricultural development in Pudong New Area, re-modernization of irrigation and drainage facilities for developing high standard farmlands. Counterpart facility construction are highlighted by means of application of new materials and modification of plan of irrigation district, as well as completing counterpart facilities of irrigation and drainage system, improvement of transport system and restoration of water system, so as to increase water use efficiency of irrigation district and upgrade irrigation and drainage system.
