一种关于提高饲料粉碎机颗粒过筛率综合效果方法的讨论

A discussion of net effect for improving the sieving rate of feed mill

新型锤片式饲料粉碎机分离装置的圆弧形外管壁和对回料管的泄压都可以提高粉碎机的生产效率。但是在实际生产中是二者共同起作用,单独讨论某一因素存在着一定的局限性。文章将两者结合在一起,运用FLUENT软件进行气固两相流仿真模拟,进一步探讨其对粉碎机效率以及颗粒过筛率的影响。结果验证了二者可产生良好的综合效果。由于这样的仿真模拟更加接近实际生产,所以对现实生产有一定的指导意义,可以在实际生产中进行推广。

The arc outer tube wall structure of segregation apparatus and the decompression on return tube can both improve the production efficiency of feed hammer mill.But they are working together in fact.This paper will use the software FLUENT to make simulation of air- solid two phase on both,in or- der to see how they work together.The result shows the comprehensive effect.Because the simulation is close to reality,it can be generalized and guide actual production.
