摘要
研究旨在评价北京地区全株青贮玉米的品质及探讨各项评价指标在全株青贮玉米评价中的合理应用。选用北京地区不同规模养殖场(养殖场A、养殖场B、养殖场C)自制全株青贮玉米,在测定样品常规成分的基础上,采用感官评价指标(颜色、气味、结构质地)、单项评价指标(常规化学成分、干物质采食量、可消化干物质)和粗饲料综合评价指标(粗饲料分级指数,GI;粗饲料相对值,RFV)评价其营养价值,同时与国外典型饲料数据库(NRC,2001;Preston,2009和CNCPS 6.0)相比较以评价北京地区全株青贮玉米的整体营养状况。研究表明,北京地区不同规模养殖场自制全株青贮玉米的营养价值之间存在差异,其营养评级与国外成熟期相同的全株青贮玉米相当。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the quality of whole plant corn silage in Beijing area and the application of indexes in the evaluation of whole plant corn silage.The whole plant corn si- lage of three different scale farms (Dairy farm A, Dairy farm B, Dairy farm C) in Beijing area were cho- sen to determine conventional nutrients, and sensory evaluation indexes (color, smell and texture), indi- vidual nutrition indicators (conventional chemical composition, dry matter intake and digestible dry matter) and comprehensive evaluation indicators of roughage (Grading index, GI; Relative forage value, RFV) were adopted to evaluate the quality of whole plant silage corn. Three foreign typical feed data- bases (NRC, 2001; Preston, 2009 and CNCPS 6.0) were chosen to compare with the whole plant corn silage in Beijing area. The results indicated that differences were found among the quality of whole plant corn silage of different scale farms, and the overall quality of whole plant corn silage in Beijing area is about equal to the production abroad.
