微生态制剂对繁殖母猪粪便形态、采食量及乳汁质量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 选取30头配种时间接近、胎次大致相同、体重大致接近、健康状况良好的妊娠60d左右的长大杂(长白×大约克)经产母猪随机分为三个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复1头母猪。处理1组为对照组,试验开始~妊娠90d饲喂妊娠期基础日粮,妊娠90d~产仔后10d饲喂哺乳期基础日粮;处理2组为试验l组,试验开始~妊娠90d饲喂妊娠期基础日粮+微生态制剂100g/t,妊娠90d~产仔后10d饲喂哺乳期基础日粮+微生态制剂100g/t;处理3组为试验2组,试验开始~妊娠90d饲喂妊娠期基础日粮+微生态制剂200g/t,妊娠90d~产仔后10d饲喂哺乳期基础日粮+微生态制剂200趴。试验结果显示:①全程粪便得分方面,与对照组相比,试验1组、试验2组的粪便得分极显著降低(P〈0.01),试验2组与试验l组相比,粪便得分显著降低(P〈0.05);②采食量方面,试验开始~妊娠90d时,三个处理组的采食量有递增趋势,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),但在妊娠90d~产仔后10d时的采食量,三个处理组间差异极显著fP〈0。01);③乳汁质量方面,三个处理组间初乳的干物质含量、脂肪含量、乳蛋白含量和乳糖含量差异均为极显著(P〈0.01),常乳中干物质含量、脂肪含量和乳蛋白含量三个处理组间均为差异极显著(P〈0.01),乳糖含量三个处理组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。试验结果表明,微生态制剂能显著改善繁殖母猪的粪便,显著提高妊娠90d一产仔后10d的采食量和母猪乳汁中干物质、乳脂和乳蛋白的含量。 30 multiparous gestating sows (Landrace Yorkshire), which have similar hybridization time, parity, weight and health status at 60 d of gestation, were allotted to 3 dietary treatments. There were 10 repeats each treatment and 1 sow per repeat. They were fed pregnancy diet form test begin to 90 d of ges- tation and lactation diet until 10 days postpartum. The control group received no probiotic supplementa- tion, while the probiotic was administered by dietary supplementation to group 1 and group 2 of sows at dosage of 100 g/t and 200 g/t respectively. For faeces score over the whole period, there were decreases (P〈0.01) with increasing concentration of probiotic in diets compared with control group, and group 2 was significantly lower than group I(P〈0.05). For feed intake, there were non-significant increases form test begin to 90 d of gestation and highly significant differences from 90 d of gestation to 10 d postpar- tum within the three groups. For milk quality, there were highly significant differences in dry matter, fat, protein content of colostrum and ordinary milk within the three groups. And the differences of lactose content between three groups are highly significant in colostrums but non-significant in ordinary milk. It indicated that, probiotic can improve faeces form of brood sow significantly, increase feed intake and dry matter, fat, protein content of milk in the period of 90 d of gestation to 10 d postpartum significantly.
