复合酶对蛋雏鸡生长性能和养分代谢率的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究在玉米一豆粕型基础日粮中添加复合酶对蛋雏鸡生长性能和养分代谢率的影响。试验选用1d海兰褐商品蛋雏鸡1020羽,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复85羽,试验期35d。对照组饲喂玉米一豆粕型基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加复合酶I与复合酶Ⅱ。试验结果表明在玉米豆粕型日粮中分别添加两种复合酶,能显著提高1~35日龄蛋雏鸡的日增重(P〈O.05),能显著降低1~35日龄料重比(P〈0.05),能显著提高蛋雏鸡的蛋白质、钙、磷、水分的表观代谢率(P〈O.05)。添加复合酶I效果最好。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding non starch polysaccharide on growth performance and nutrient metabolic rate of egg chickens in the corn soybean meal based diets. The 1 d HY line Brown commodity egg chicken 1 020 feather, were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 4 replicates in each group, 85 broilers in each replicate, testperiod was 35 d. The control group was fed with corn soybean meal based diet, basic diet in test groups were added two kinds of com- pound enzyme. The test results show that in corn soybean meal diets were supplemented with two kinds of compound enzyme, can significantly improve the 1-35 day old chicks daily gain (P〈0.05), can significantly reduce the 1~35 day age ratio of feed to add complex enzyme (P〈0.05), can signifi- cantly improve the egg chicken's protein, calcium, phosphorus, water apparent metabolic rate (P〈0.05). adding composite enzyme I is best.
