饲粮中添加不同分子量缩合单宁对延边黄牛瘤胃内环境的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究饲喂不同分子量的缩合单宁对延边黄牛瘤胃内环境的影响。选用9头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的延边黄牛,随机分成三组,每组3个重复。结果表明:饲喂缩合单宁的试验组的pH值都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时NH3-N浓度、MCP浓度、产甲烷量和VFA浓度都显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中饲喂大分子量缩合单宁的试验组效果明显高于对照组和小分子量单宁组。 The purpose of this experiment is to study the dietary supplementation of condensed tannins with different molecular weight on the effects of inner rumen environment of Yanbian yellow cattle. Nine Yanbian yellow cattles of installed permanent rumen fistula were divided into three groups ran- domly, repeat three cattles in each group. The result shows that:pH value of the test groups fed with condensed tannins were all significantly higher than control groups (P〈0.05).At the same time,the con- centration of NH3-N,the concentration of MCP,the production of methane and the concentration of VFA were all significantly lower than control groups (P〈0.OS).The consequence of this experiment: the experimental group of feeding higher molecular weight condensed tannins was significantly higher than the effect of low molecular weight tannins and the control groups.
