摘要 文章旨在对蒸汽压片玉米营养成分的变化及其对肉牛营养物质消化率、葡萄糖代谢和氮代谢等方面的影响进行综述,以期从营养物质消化和代谢的角度,探讨蒸汽压片玉米在肉牛中的营养价值,为我国肉牛生产中利用蒸汽压片玉米资源提供一定的参考依据。 In this paper, the changes in nutrient composition of steam-flaked corn （SFC） and the influ- ence of SFC on nutrient digestibility, glucose and nitrogen metabolism of beef cattle was reviewed. In or- der to investigate the nutritional value of SFC in beef cattle from this point of view and to provide refer- ences for the application of SFC in beef cattle production.
