不同水平铜饲粮对育成期水貂生长发育及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了探讨饲粮中添加高剂量铜对育成期水貂生长发育和血液生化指标的影响。试验以86~196日龄阶段的70只雄性美国短毛黑水貂为试验对象,随机平均分成7组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。以蛋氨酸螯合铜为铜源,在基础饲粮(含铜23.54~26.68mg/kg)中添加水平分别为0、210、220、230、240、250、300mg/kg的铜进行110d的饲养试验。通过对生长性能、消化代谢率及血液生化指标的测定,结果表明:随着饲粮铜水平的提高,各组水貂平均日增重(ADG)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Gu-Zn—SOD)活性及铜蓝蛋白(CER)含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,料重比(F/G)呈先降低后升高的趋势,均以240mg/kg处理组达到最高值和最低值且达到显著水平(P〈0.05);250、300mg/kg处理组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于0mg/kg处理组(P〈0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。由此得出,育成期水貂饲粮中铜添加量为240mg/kg时,可明显促进水貂的生长发育,提高含铜血清酶活性,超过240mg/kg时,作用效果降低。 Effect on growth and serum biochemical parameters of breeding mink when feed on high level of Cu diets, was studied in this experiment. 70 male America minks between 86-196 days oht, were randomly divided into 7 groups. Met-Cu was treated as the copper source, the different levels of Met- Cu(0, 210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 300 mg/kg) were adding into the fodder containing copper 23.54- 26.68 mg/kg, and it took 110 days. By measuring three aspects such as growth pedormance, digestion and metabolism rate and blood biochemical parameters , we found that :with the increasing of the cop- per ,the ADG, Cu-Zn-SOD, CER of every groups become higher and then decrease, the tendency of F/G is decreased at first,and increased latter. Both of them respectively reach the significant level in group 240 mg/kg (P〈0.05). The activity of ALT in the groups of 250 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg are higher than that of blank group(P〈0.05), while among other groups the difference is not significant. In conclusion, the growth performance of mink are improved with 240 mg/kg Cu addition, and the serum enzyme activity become higher. While more than 240 mg/kg the effect declines.
