摘要
在基于知识的盾构刀盘设计理论中,针对刀盘拓扑结构设计阶段所采用的基于实例推理设计,提出了用相似理论的基本原理对相似案例进行调整以获得新设计方案的方法。通过量纲分析,得到了刀盘拓扑结构设计的相似准则,并根据相似第二定律提出了连续时间点内刀盘掘进性能预测模型的建立方法,同时,应用第三定律推导出了相似判断条件和相似设计的实现方法。最后,通过实际施工案例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
In the knowledge-based cutter head design theory of shield tunneling, because of the application of case-based reasoning in the phase for the cutter head topology structure design, a similar case adjusted method based on the basic principles of similarity theory was proposed to obtain a new design scheme. Similarity criterion of topological structure design of cutter head was obtained by dimensional analysis. Then, according to the second law of similar theory, the method which was used in predicting the tunneling performance function of cutter head in continuous time was put forward. Afterwards, similarity judgment conditions and the realization method of similar design were deduced according to the third law. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method was verified depending on an actual construction example.
