摘要
重新审视人才培养质量,理清现阶段高等教育质量观和质量标准有助于形成符合学校特点的"3、4、5、6"人才培养理念。为把这种理念灌输到人才培养的全过程中,天津农学院进行了一系列改革,对学生进行人才素质测评,构建了因材施教与拔尖人才培养模式,着力推进教学管理改革与创新,取得了可喜的效果。
Giving new insights into the quality of talent training, and understanding the concept and standard of higher education quality at the present stage will contribute to the formation of the “3, 4, 5, 6” talent training ideas in accordance with the university’s feature. To further infuse this idea into the whole progress of talent training, a series of reforms have been performed in Tianjin Agricultural University. The talent quality of students has been assessed, the mode of teaching students according to their aptitudes and cultivating the top-notch talents has been constructed, and the innovation and reform of teaching management has been promoted. Based on those reforms, encouraging results have been obtained.
