摘要 基于LabVIEW图形化编程语言设计了汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)的助力特性测试系统,采用信号发生模块模拟车速信号、发动机转速信号以及转向盘操纵力矩信号并注入EPS控制器,实现EPS在LabVIEW环境下模拟整车环境的工作状况;同时,采用信号采集模块对助力转矩信号以及助力电流信号进行采集、处理。使用该测试系统对某型号EPS在不同车速工况下的助力特性进行测试,证实了该测试系统的有效性,同时测试结果为EPS控制器的设计以及控制策略的制定提供了一定的参考依据。 A testing system of assist characteristic in Electric Power Steering system (EPS) was designed based on the LabVIEW. The speed signal, the engine speed signal and the steering wheel torque signal were simulated and injected to the EPS controller by signal generation module to simulate the EPS's working conditions in vehicle environment by LabVIEW. The assist torque signal and the assist current signal were collected, processed by the signal collection module. A type of EPS was tested by the testing system in different speed conditions, the results confirm the effectiveness of the assist characteristic controller and formulating testing system and provides a certain reference for designing the EPS the control strategies.
