摘要 以某款发动机风扇为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法,应用Fluent和LMS Virtual Lab分别模拟发动机风扇流场和声场分布。将计算结果与半消音室内的风扇测试噪声进行对比,验证了联合仿真计算风扇噪声方法的准确性。在工程实际中可用于对风扇性能的初步检测,可以为下一步风扇的优化提供技术依据。 The flow field and acoustic field distribution of the fan were simulated based on a certain engine fan, by numerical simulation, with Fluent and LMS Virtual Lab. Compared the noise of the calculated results with that of the test fan in semi-anechoic room, the accuracy of the co-simulation method for calculating fan noise was verified. It can be used for the preliminary test of the fan performance in engineering practice, and provides technical basis for further optimization of the fan.
