华光TP-G型免化学处理热敏CTP版材冲洗方法研究

Study on the Washing Method of TP-G Chemistry-Free Processing Thermal CTP Plate of HuaGuang

免化学处理版材的冲洗方法和印刷性能息息相关。华光TP-G版材经过制版机曝光之后,使用自来水作为冲洗液,然后上机印刷。经过不同的冲版机冲洗后,对冲洗性能、空白密度、实地密度和50%的网点还原能力等参数进行检测,得到了使用不同冲版机时的冲洗温度、冲洗时间、毛刷压力、毛刷转速等最优化条件。

The printing performance is influenced importantly by the washing method. The HuangGuang TP-G plate is washed by water in the processer after exposure, then printed. After version of the machine washing, we detect the washing performance such as blank density, filed density and 50% reducing power out- let, and acquire the best washing method such as water temperature, washing time, washing brush pressure and washing speed
