摘要
防灰雾剂在感光材料领域应用广泛,对干银胶片性能影响较大。系统研究了不同防灰雾剂在水性干银涂布体系中对照相性能即最大密度(Dmax)、感光度(Speed)和灰雾(Fog)的影响,并对溶剂型体系的相关结论进行了印证。结果表明,3种防灰雾剂都有明显降低灰雾作用,防灰雾剂WF-1具有较理想的防灰雾性能,其用量在5.3g/300g涂布液时效果最佳。本文从微观机理方面阐述了防灰雾剂的作用原理。
The antifoggant is widely used in the field of photographic materials and it had a great influence on the performance of dry-silver film. The paper was studied that the influence of the antifoggant prevention in aqueous silver coating system on the photographic properties ,that was the influence of maximum density, sensi- tivity, and the fog, it was confirmed to the related conclusion in the solvent system. The results show that the antifoggant of WF-1 had a best performance, it had a best result when it add 5.3g/300g in coating liquid. This paper expatiates from microscopic mechanism on the prevention principle of the antifoggant.
