针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎类似病症的古代文献研究

Study on ancient literatures about acupuncturing on the treatment of similar symptoms of ulcerative colitis

目的:通过文献查阅,了解古代针灸医家采用针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎类似病症的一般规律,从而确定其基本穴位配方。方法:借助《中华大典·医学分典·针灸推拿总部》,检索相关条文,从经脉、穴位的选用等方面进行整理分析,并总结古人的配方规律。结果:检索出条文314条,通过规范化处理,整理出经穴97个,经外奇穴15个,选用频次最多的经脉包括任脉、膀胱经、胃经和脾经,所用腧穴主要集中在腹部、下肢和腰背部,以募穴、背俞穴、下合穴三类特定穴选用频次最多。结论:以穴位使用频次为参考,结合针灸学理论,分析认为天枢、中脘、足三里、上巨虚可以作为针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎基本配方。

Objective：To understand general law of acupuncturing on the treatment of similar symptoms of ulcerative coli-tis,and identify its basic point formulas. Methods：Relative articles were arranged and analyzed from aspects of meridian vessels and points,then regularity of ancient doctors on the treatment of similar symptoms of ulcerative colitis was summa-rized with the help of Chinese Dictionary＆#183;The Branch Medical Dictionary. Acupuncture and Massage Part. Results：97 in-meridian-acupoints and 15 outer-meridian-acupoints were gotten through retrieving 314 articles. Their use frequency was as follows：Ren channel,urinary bladder meridian,stomach meridian and spleen meridian,et al. And the acupoints were mainly distributed in the abdomen,lower limbs,waist and back. Front-Mu points,Back-shu points and Under-He points were often used. Conclusion：According to the use frequency of acupoint and acupuncture theory,Zhongwan-point,Tian-shu-point,Zusanli-point and Shangjuxu-point could be used as the basic prescription of acupuncturing on the treatment of similar symptoms of ulcerative colitis.
