摘要
时代的"体制化",在带给人、社会组织诸多便利的同时,也孕伏着潜在的破坏力。学术研究的体制化,对于培育学术共同体,促进学术领域的扩展、研究主题的深化和质量的提升,均产生了无可替代的积极影响。但是,体制所固有的"非人格化"力量,也有可能凌驾于人的尊严与价值之上,成为阻碍学术向更高水平攀升的负面力量。当前学术研究中所谓"思想"与"学问"、"职业"与"志业"的分化,一定程度上体现着体制化所造成的学术与生活、学术与生命的隔离。克服学术的"体制化困境",一方面需要进行更为缜密的制度设计,在学术体制内部寻求体制变革的力量;另一方面则需要克服"体制决定论",重建学术共同体的学者情怀。
Institutionalization is a double-edged sword,which brings us both benefits and potential problems. To be more specific,institutionalization has helped broaden and deepen academic research,improve research quality,and build a strong academic community.However,institutionalization has such an impersonalizing effect that it may override human dignity and morality,becoming an obstacle to the pursuit of excellent scholarship. Nowadays,the separation between"wisdom"and"knowledge","profession"and"vocation"is a common phenomenon,which reflects to some extent the widening gap between the academia and real world brought about by institutionalization. To overcome this dilemma,it is not only necessary to carry out institutional transformation within higher education system,but also help scholars combat"institutional determinism"and rebuild the academic community with pride,passion and enthusiasm.
