彩色多普勒超声对高血压病眼血管的血流动力学研究

Study on ophthalmic vascular hemodynamics of patients with hypertension by color Doppler ultrasound

目的 :应用彩色多普勒超声研究高血压病眼血管的血流动力学改变。方法 :对 60例各期高血压患者进行了眼血管彩色多普勒检测 ,并与眼底病变进行对比观察。结果 :高血压患者眼血管血流速度明显减慢 ,阻力指数明显增高 ,呈低流速高阻力状况。其改变与眼底病变呈正相关。结论 :本研究可较准确地反映外周血管的阻力和血供情况 。

Objective:To explore the use of color Doppler ultrasound in the examination of the ophthalmic blood vessels of patients with hypertension.Methods:The color Doppler ultrasound was used to measure the ophthalmic blood vessels of sixty patients with hypertension,and the results were contrasted with the ophthalmic fundal disease.Results:The ophthalmic bloodstream speed increased obviously,the ophthalmic blood vessels of hypertension was in a state of low bloodstream and high resistance.The changes above mentioned were in positive correction with the ophthalmic fundal disease.Conclusions:The examination of ophthalmic vascular hemodynamics of hypertension with color Doppler ultrasound,which can accurately reflect the peripheral vascular resistance and the blood supply,is of great significance to the observation of curative effect and the assessment of prognosis.
