摘要
为了解团体心理辅导对大学新生人际关系的积极作用,招募42名大学新生,随机抽取21人为实验组,进行为期5周的团体辅导训练,其余为控制组。团体辅导结束后,实验组在交谈、交际与交友、待人接物困扰、同异性朋友交往方面,较团体辅导前均有显著性差异。得出结论:团体心理辅导对大学的人际关系有积极的影响。
To explore the active role group counseling plays in university students interpersonal relationship, 21 people are selected randomly from 42 recruited freshmen to be the experimental group to receive a five-week group counseling training, the rest being the control group. It's found that there is a significant difference between the treatment group and control group in conversation, communication, manner of dealing with people especially the opposite sex after the experiment. Conclusion: Group counseling has a positive effect on improving university students interpersonal relationship.
