国企转型背景下依靠职工群众办企业的思考

国企改革不断深化,随着企业产权、经营主体、用工形式的转变,人们在办企方针上出现了模糊认识和错误倾向。本文从贯彻党的十八大精神出发,围绕坚持全心全意依靠工人阶级的方针,作了一些思考。

Nowadays, the reform of state - owned enterprises is deepening. With the changing of the proper- ty rights, business entities, and employment form, some people appeared vague understanding and erroneous tendency in the running policy of enterprises. This article does some thinking with implementing the spirit of the Party＇s 18th Congress and adhering to the principle of relying on the working class wholeheartedly.
