基于定向凝固工艺的多晶硅铸锭墩锅料处理利用

摘要 由于生产过程中的突然停电、设备故障等事故,会造成铸锭生产中断,迫使正在定向凝固的多晶硅料停止定向长晶,从而产生半成品。这些半成品可以通过粉碎、酸洗、再次定向凝固铸锭,生产出合格的产品,并不降低产品质量等级。 Due to the sudden power failure, equipment failure and other accidents during production process, it can cause ingot production disruptions, force the directional solidification of polycrystalline material to stop producing crystal, and finally resulting in semi -finished products. After grinding, pickling, directionally solidified ingot once again for these semi - finished products, qualified products can be produced and does not reduce the level of product quality.
