企业管理是一门应用型课程,以培养学生解决实际问题的能力为教学目标。本文在分析案例教学的内涵、特征及意义的基础上,阐述了企业管理课程中案例教学的实施步骤,以及教学过程中应注意的问题。

As a kind of practical course, enterprise management is the approach to cultivate students＇abil- ity to solve practical problems. This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and significance of the case teaching, explains the implementation step of enterprise management case teaching in the curriculum, as well as the problems should be pay attention to in the course of teaching.
