干姜药证可归纳如下:呕逆;咳喘、下利、烦躁、厥逆、痛、出血,病性为寒。故其功效有温中止呕、温肺止咳、散寒止痢、抑阴扶阳、回阳救逆、温经止痛、温中止血。仲景使用干姜尤重视配伍,合理配伍亦有利于疗效提高。干姜配甘草治疗中阳虚衰之吐逆,如甘草干姜汤;加人参、白术即为理中丸,加附子即为四逆汤,加白术、茯苓即为甘姜苓术汤治疗腰以下冷痛,腹重如带五千钱。干姜配半夏治疗呕吐痰涎,如半夏干姜散;加人参即干姜半夏人参丸,治疗妊娠呕吐不止。干姜配蜀椒、人参治疗心胸大寒痛。干姜配附子治疗下利厥冷脉微,如四逆汤之类。干姜配半夏、黄芩、黄连治疗寒热错杂之心下痞,如半夏泻心汤等。干姜配五味子、细辛治疗咳嗽,如小青龙汤等。
