摘要
目的：利用反相高效液相色谱法测定降酶丸中芍药苷的含量。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，C18柱，流动相为甲醇一0．05tool·L-l磷酸二氢钾溶液（25：75）；检测波长：230min-1；柱温：30℃；流速：0．8mL·min-1；进样量：10仙l。结果：芍药苷线性范围为0．0604—0．3020g·L-1；r值均为0．9997，平均回收率为99．95％，RSD为1．22％。结论：该方法操作简便，结果准确，重现性好。可用于降酶丸的质量控制。
Objective ：To establish an RP-HPLC method for content determination of Paeoniflorin in Jiangmei Pill. Methods： The scopo- letin was performed on a column C18 by HPLC ;with a mobile phase of Methanol-0.05mol/LKH2PO4 （25：75） ;the detective wavelength was 230 nm;the column temperature：30 C ;the flow rate was 0.8 mL min- ;sample quantity ：10 IxL. Results：The content of Paeoni- florin showed a good linearity in range of 0. 0604 - 0. 3020 mg mL- 1 （ r = 0. 9997 ）. The average recoveryrate was 99.95% and RSD was 1.22%. Conclusion： The method is accurate, fast and quantitative detection, can be used in quality control of Jiangmei pill.
