我国公民宪法意识探析

A Probe into Chinese Citizens' Constitution Awareness

宪法意识是推动国家宪政建设的重要力量,也是衡量法治国家成就的重要标准之一。我国宪政建设进程既需要国家自上而下的推进,更需要有宪法意识的公民力量自下而上的支撑。目前,我国公民宪法意识的状况不容乐观,应从多角度分析,寻找提升公民宪法意识的有效途径,以期通过自上而下与自下而上的双向力量,推进我国的宪政建设。

The constitution awareness is an important force in promoting national constitutionalism construction as well as one of the important measures of achievement of ruling country by law. In our country, the process of constitutional construction not only needs our government to promote it from top to bottom, but needs the citizens who have the constitution awareness to support it from the bottom up. At present, the situation is not optimistic, and citizens＇ constitutional awareness should be analyzed from diverse perspectives so as to find effective ways to promote civil constitution awareness and our country＇s constitutional construction.
