只有文化的强大,才是一个国家真正的强大,新农村文化建设是中国文化建设的晴雨表,它能反映文化建设中的问题及其需要改进的方面。吉林省在新农村文化建设中由于认识的局限,投入的有限,造成农村文化生活单调,文化人才短缺,出现不良文化等问题,需要进一步提高认识,加大投入和管理,以提高吉林省新农村文化建设水平。

One country is truly powerful, only its culture is powerful. The cultural construction of me new countryside is the ＂weatherglass＂ of Chinese cultural construction, which reflects the problems existing in the cultural construction and the parties concerned and improved. For the limitation of understanding and the limited investment in the cultural construction in Jilin province, some problems have arisen that the countryside cultural life is drab; that it is short of the cultural talents and that the unhealthy culture appears. And all these problems should be solved by way of deepening the understanding, increasing the investment and tightening up the management so as to raise the cultural construction level in Jilin province.
