摘要
烹饪实习是烹饪教育教学的重要环节,是实现烹饪与营养教育专业人才培养目标的基础保证,本文通过采取"模块化"教学实习模式,建立科学合理的实践教学体系,是结合专业特点和社会需求所进行的一种新探索和新尝试,旨在为中国烹饪高等教育教学过程提供参考。
Cooking practicing is an important link in major of Cooking Education teaching and a base for talent training. In this essay, the scientific and rational practicing teaching system was established through modularization. It is a new attempt and exploring in China Cooking Education to provide proper references and advices.
