香佩疗法联合冬病夏治防治小儿反复呼吸道感染40例临床观察

Clinic effect observation of Xiangpei therapy combined with winter disease treated in summer in dealing with 40 cases pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的观察香佩疗法联合冬病夏治防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将80例符合诊断标准的患儿随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用香佩疗法联合冬病夏治,对照组40例采用冬病夏治。结果治疗组治愈9例,好转27例,无效4例,总有效率90.0%;对照组治愈5例,好转24例,无效11例,总有效率72.5%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论香佩疗法联合冬病夏治防治反复呼吸道感染疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinic effect of Xiangpei therapy combined with treating winter disease in summer in dealing with 40 cases pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods 80 cases were random- ized into 2 groups according to the diagnostic criteria, 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xiangpei therapy combined with treating winter disease in summer, 40 cases in the control group were treated with the meth- od of treating winter disease in summer. Results In the treatment group, 9 cases were cured, 27 cases improved, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 90.0% ; in control group, 5 cases were cured, 24 cases improved, 11 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 72.5%. The difference in total efficiency was statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Xiangpei therapy combined with treating prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection winter disease in summer can get good effect in the prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection.
