围手术期护理干预对小儿骨折手术的影响及疗效评价

Evaluation and influence of peri operation period nursing intervention in pediatric fracture operation

目的观察围手术期护理干预对小儿骨折手术的影响及疗效评价,为手术室护理提供重要依据。方法选择2011年8月至2013年10月我科进行手术的96例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为2组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理干预,观察并记录2组患儿的手术时间、手术出血量、术后感染情况、平均住院时间及患儿和家长满意度情况。结果观察组患儿手术平均时间为(110.30±24.70)min,术中出血量为(14.80±5.30)mL,术后感染率为6.30%,平均住院时间为(8.40±4.90)d,手术后满意度调查为100.00%,各项指标均明显优于对照组,二者比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对骨折患儿手术效果好,可明显缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少出血量和术后感染率,提高患儿及家长满意度,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect evaluation and influence of peri operation period nursing inter- vention in pediatric fracture operation, and provide the important basis for the operation room nursing. Methods 96 cases from August 2011 to October 2013 operated in our department were randomly divided into 2 groups with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given nurs- ing intervention. The operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative infection after operation, average hospitaliza- tion time and satisfaction of the children and their families were recorded and compared between the 2 groups. Re- suits In the observation group, the average time of operation was （110.30＋24.70） minutes, the amount of intra- operative bleeding was （14.80＋5.30） mL, the postoperative infection rate was 6.30%, the average hospitalization time was （8.40＋4.90） days, satisfaction rate was 100%, each index was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can get good effect in treating pediatric fracture, shorten the operation and hospitalization time, reduce bleeding and postoperative infection rate, improve the satisfaction of pa- tients and their families, which is worthy of application.
