杏鲍菇菌糠促进畜禽粪便发酵过程的研究 被引量:15

摘要 研究了鸡粪、猪粪以及添加杏鲍菇菌糠的鸡粪、猪粪共4种堆料的温度、pH值、含水率、氮磷钾含量和有机碳的变化规律。结果表明,与畜禽粪便堆腐发酵过程相比,添加15%杏鲍菇菌糠可以有效缩短发酵时间4-5 d,且含水率降低、有机碳含量下降,pH值上升速度和全氮含量下降速度明显高于未添加组;全磷、全钾都由于浓缩效应呈现缓慢上升的趋势,组间无明显区别。 This study was designed to add waste materials of Pleurotus eryngii( WMP) co-fermenting with chicken manure and pig manure,and detected the change of temperature,pH,moisture content,organic matter content and NPK in different stackers. The results showed that adding WMP could effectively shorten the fermentation time 4 ~ 5 days,the content of moisture and organic matter decreased,the speed of pH value increased and total nitrogen content decreased faster than untreated groups. Total phosphorus and total potassium showed a slow upward trend due to concentrated effect,but had no significant differences.
