趋化因子CC族受体2与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(AS )是一种血管炎症进展性疾病,其所致的心、脑血管疾病是严重危害人类生命健康的疾病之一。AS形成的确切机制未明确,但主要围绕脂质浸润、血栓形成和损伤反应3种学说。趋化因子CC族受体2(chemokine receptor, CCR2)与其配体单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)结合后产生的下游细胞信号通路对AS的发生早期,即外周血中的单核细胞泡沫化并向动脉壁内膜损伤部位迁移、聚集、黏附及活化有重要作用,故CCR2与AS的发生与发展密切相关。本文对国内外关于CCR2在AS发生发展中的作用及研究进展进行综述。
