地方性砷中毒微循环与心电图改变的相关性和硒治疗效果的观察 被引量:7

摘要 本文报道了地方性砷中毒微循环与心电图改变的相互关系和硒对两者同时改变的治疗效果。微循环改变检出率为98.2 7% ;心电图异常检出率为 38.15 % ;二者同时异常者为 36 .42 %。微循环和心电图同时异常 ,硒治疗组好转率为43.2 4% ,对照组为 6 .6 7% ;单项改变的好转率治疗组均显著高于对照组。结果表明 ,血液—血管系统受损先于心脏 ,心脏改变与微循环改变密切相关 ;药物治疗是必要的防治措施 ,硒制剂是理想的药物之一。 This paper reported the correlation of microcirculation and cardiogram change of arsenism and the treating effect of selenium. The detecting rate of microcirculation alternation was 98.27%; the detecting rate of unwonted cardiogram was 38.15%; there were 36.42% of patients with unwonted microcirculation and cardiogram simultaneously. In selenium therapy group, there were 43.24% patients getting better who had unwonted microcirculation and cardiogram at the same time,however, so were 6.67% in control group; the rate of getting better of patients with altrnation of microcirculation or cardiogram in selenium therapy group was higher than that in control group. The result indicated that the blood vascular system lesion was prior to heart damage, the change of heart was closely related with that of microcirculation. Medication was a necessary measure for controlling arsenism, selenium preparation was one of the perfect medications.
