摘要
农业机械制造水平是现代农业的重要标志,农机制造系统的复杂程度影响整个系统的设计和控制管理。为此,应用了一种信息熵与系统结构因子相结合的方法得到了某农机制造企业变速箱壳体生产线复杂性的具体量值。该方法可以用来比较不同生产线结构在复杂程度上的区别,从而可以为企业在系统设计初期提供一个参考,在选择系统结构时,可以在满足生产要求的前提下,通过降低系统的复杂程度使整个系统更便于控制和管理。
Agricultural machinery manufacturing techniques is an important symbol of modern agriculture and complexity level can affect manufacturing system design and control .A method that combined information entropy and system struc-ture factor is introduced to measure the complexity of transmission case production line in agricultural machinery manufac -turing plant .The method can be used to compare complexity among various production line types and provide reference for manufacturing system design , and in practice systems designed with lower complexity level are controlled and managed more easily and accurately .
