螺旋式秸秆深施装置输送能力的测试与分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高螺旋式秸秆深施装置的输送能力,对影响其输出量的秸秆长度、秸秆含水率、输送管管径以及螺旋转速进行了试验研究。结果表明:秸秆长度、含水率、管径以及螺旋转速对输出量有极显著影响(p<0.01);随着秸秆长度增大,输出量减小;含水率为7%时输出量最大,而含水率为27%,47%时,输出量没有显著差异;管径较大的螺旋输送装置,输出量也较大;输出量随着螺旋转速的增大呈线性增加。 In order to increase the conveying capacity of spiral straw deep application device , relevant test and analysis for factors impacting its volumetric throughput are performed , which include straw length , moisture content of the straw , the diameter of screw tube and screw speed .Test results show that straw length , moisture content , screw tube and screw speed have a very significant effect on the volumetric throughput ( p&lt;0 .01 ); As the straw length increases , volumetric throughput decreases; For moisture content is 7%, the volumetric throughput is biggest , the volumetric throughput of 27%and 47%moisture content have no significant difference;the bigger diameter of screw tube , the larger the volumet-ric throughput;volumetric throughput increases linearly with the screw speed increases .
