制种大田两用精播机双腔种箱的结构设计及应用

摘要 由于制种时父本和母本需要不同的行数比,普通的精播机只能根据需要随时更换种箱中的种子,不仅工作难度大,而且生产效率低。为此,在普通气吸式精播机上加装特殊结构的双腔种箱,作业时不必更换种箱的种子,通过控制分压开关,即可完成不同品种各种比例制种或间种作业,也可以进行大田作业。该机可在已有机型上改装,制造成本低、使用方便、实用性强,且可一机多用,提高了生产率和机具实用率。 As the male and female seed production requires a different row ratio , average precision sowing machine can be replaced at any time according to needs a box in the seed , not only difficult , and the production efficiency is low .In view of the above question , in ordinary air suction precision sowing machine equipped with special structure of double cavity of box , operation box does not need to be replaced seed , through the pilot control pressure switch , can complete various proportion of different varieties of seed or plant operations , can also be carried out in field operation , one machine with multifunction , greatly improved the production efficiency , improves the utilization of machines .The machine has the advantages of simple structure , and can be refitted on existing models , low manufacturing cost , convenient use , strong practicability .
