摘要
基于植物是在全谱太阳光下进化、生长,选择性的接收各种平衡光色的事实,利用自主设计的"基于单片机LED光源"进行了光质、给光方式以及给光时段对不同组培苗生长影响的实验。结果表明:在玉米胚发芽实验中,红蓝光组发芽数最多,增长迅速;对绿豆组培苗生长速率影响,间歇给光优于连续给光方式,用"LED-72-50-16/8"处理,干重提高33%;促进马铃薯芽体分化以及生长,同时供应红光与蓝光,生长速率最佳;给蓝光的时机影响生长速率,给于开始阶段者最佳。
According to the fact that plants grow and evolve in full sunlight and selectively receive balanced lights , we conducted a series of experiments on tissue culture of different plants about light quality , different patterns and the man-ners of working used us Independently Design “Based On SCM LED Light Source”.The results showing: In the corn germ sprout experiment , Red blue group better than any other groups has the maximum number of the germination with a rapid growth rate .The influence on the growth rate of green beans experiment , the intermittent light way is superior to cntinuous and flashing light ways , use"LED-72-50-16/8"the growth rate increase 33%.Promote differentiation and the growth of potato points experiment , provide Red and blue light the growth rate is the best , When the red and blue light provide time different , provide both at the same time the longer the time better .
