棉秆炭化炉的研究分析

摘要 新疆是我国最大的棉花种植基地,连续十年多实现棉花单产、总产和调出量位于全国第一,但棉秆焚烧造成了比较严重的污染。在生物质能成为国际可再生能源领域的焦点的大环境下,棉秆炭化炉能有效地将棉秆变成可再生能源,为棉秆找到很好的"出路"。为此,介绍了棉秆的炭化方法及两种炭化炉的工作原理及比较结果。同时,还介绍了车载式炭化炉与固定式炭化炉并进行比较,分析了影响出炭率的主要因素。 Xinjiang is the biggest cotton planting base , the total output of cotton yield , and Diaochuliang located in the country first for ten consecutive years .Meanwhile,burning cotton stalk caused pollution is serious , the biomass energy become the focus of international renewable energy field , under the environment of cotton stalk coking furnace can effec-tively cotton stalk into renewable energy , find a good/"way out"for cotton stalk .Introduce two methods of carbonization of cotton stalk and working principle of two kinds of coking furnace and their comparison , at the same time also intro-duces the vehicular carbonization furnace with fixed carbonization furnace and do the comparisonanalyzed the main factors of influencing the carbon yield .
