摘要
介绍了由标准高速气缸驱动的上加热理条机的主要机械结构、工作原理以及主要技术参数。该机型利用气缸作为传动机构,压缩空气作为动力来源,采用远红外技术运用上加热方式进行加热。这样不仅降低了能耗,理条质量和茶叶品质也较传统理条机也有大幅度提高。试验结果表明,该机理条成条率为93%,生产率为13.3 kg/h,单位能耗为0.32 kW·h/kg,各项技术指标均达到了茶叶理条工序的加工技术要求。
This article introduced the machine structure , advantages and working principle of top heating shaping ma-chine , which driven by standard high-speed cylinder; the compressed air as a power source;the far infrared as a top-heating way .It not only reduces energy consumption , the quality of tea also has significantly improved than the traditional shaping machine .The result of test showed:this shaping machine shaping qualified rate is 93%, the productivity is 13 . 3kg/h, the unit energy consumption is 0.32kW.h/kg, all of technical specifications have achieved the technology re-quest of tea shaping process .
