PTFE/PVA混合浆液挤出胀大性能及复合薄膜结构性能的研究

摘要 以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为载体,配制不同质量比的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)/PVA混合浆液,制备PTFE/PVA复合膜,确定了PTFE/PVA复合膜时的PTFE最大添加量;利用摄影法对PTFE/PVA混合浆液的挤出胀大现象进行了研究。结果表明:载体法制得的PTFE仍具有良好的疏水性能,在PTFE与PVA的质量比为6∶1时,制得的PTFE薄膜的力学性能较好;选用其6∶1的浆液作为纺丝原液,挤出胀大比随着挤出压力的增加而增大,而随着纺丝原液温度的升高、喷丝头长径比的增加以及滤布层数的增加而减小。 Polytetrafluoroethylene/polyvinyl alcohol (PTFE/PVA) composite membrane was prepared from PTFE/PVA blend solution with PVA as a carrier at different mass ratio.The addition maximum of PTFE was decided for PTFE/PVA composite membrane.The extrusion swell behavior of PTFE/PVA blend spinning solution was studied by photography.The results showed that PTFE prepared by carrier method exhibited fairly good hydrophobicity; the mechanical properties of PTFE membrane were relatively good as the mass ratio of PTFE and PVA was 6 ∶ 1 ; and for the PTFE/PVA spinning solution with the mass ratio of 6 ∶ 1,the die swell ratio was increased with the increase of extrusion pressure and was decreased with the increase of spinning solution temperature,spinneret length-and-diameter ratio and filter cloth layer.
