摘要
用70%乙醇提取平卧菊三七,浓缩后分别用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯进行萃取。水相(萃余相)过HPD600大孔树脂后,用HPLC分离。分离得到不同提取物进行3种细菌和2种真菌的抑菌试验。结果表明,各萃取物对真菌抑制效果不显著,但乙酸乙酯和水相对细菌有明显抑制作用,其中水相效果最好,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径为22.9 mm。水相中分离的4种组分均有较好的抑菌效果,其中F1对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径达24.7 mm。
70% ethanol extracts from Gynura procumbens were extracted by petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate. The water extract (raffinate phase) was farther isolated by HPD600 macroporous resin and HPLC. The crude extracts were tested antibacterial effects for three species of bacteria and two species of fungi. The results showed that the extracts no significant effect on fungi, but ethyl acetate extract and water extract had relatively antibacterial effects, and water extracts was best, diameter of antibacterial was 22.9 mm on Staphylococcus aureus. The four components from water extracts separation had antibacterial effect, and antibacterial diameter of F1 was 24.7 mm on Staphylococcus aureus.
